The process of filling disinfectant filling equipment is divided into automatic bottle unscramble. The bottles are sorted and transferred to the filling station through the conveyor belt. The needle descends to start filling. After the filling is completed, the bottles enter the indexing plate along the plate chain line. , And stay at each station in turn. In capping station 1 (spray cap), the capping manipulator puts the spray cap conveyed by the vibrating disc on the bottle and pre-spins it. This station is suitable for two kinds of spray caps. In the capping station 2, the capping manipulator puts the bottle on the cap conveyed by the vibrating plate and pre-spins it. In the capping station, the capping head tightens the bottle cap tightly. This station is suitable for 3 types of caps. The finished bottle is capped, and the plate chain line enters the labeling machine to complete the labeling.
